5K RUN/WALK FOR PEACE

This event, originally scheduled for September 24th, was postponed due to the incessant rainfall we've been receiving and for the safety of our runners on the trails. The course layout has been revised and the stream crossing has been eliminated. On October 15th we will run side by side with runners from Kisses for Kyle, a non-profit organization that raises money for families with children with cancer. We hope you will join us.
The BFS 5K Run/Walk For Peace is a 5K trail run through the inspiring wooded campus of Buckingham Friends School in Lahaska, PA.
Everyone is welcome – athletes, amateurs, runners, walkers, children, even groups. Run or walk the 5K . All proceeds benefit Buckingham Friends School and its programs to promote equality, peace, service and community.

Fees and Registration
Pre registration by Wednesday, September 21st:
5k: $25 for individuals, $20 for team members
Fun Run: $15 for adults, $10 for children 12 and under.

Registration is available on site the day of the race from 8am until 9am.
Race Day Registration: 8:00 am, 5k: $30, Fun Run: $20 adults, $10 children 12 and under.

Parking adjacent to start/finish line at Peddler's Village (park in lot south of the Carousel)
After the run head over to the Buckingham Friends Meeting Peace Fair for music and family fun.
